An assistant professor, Yogesh considers experience a vital part of life and has dedicatedly worked to reach the position where he is today. He feels that we should always be patient in life and never give up.

Yogesh Shrimali is an Assistant Professor at Aravali Institute of Technical Studies.

Talking about his childhood, Yogesh says that the memory that comes to him is of the time when elections for President and Vice President of the students council used to take place in his school and he fought one against a 12th standard student while still in seventh standard and won.

On the education front, Yogesh has done B. Tech in Computer Science Engineering and M. Tech. in Software Engineering.

When asked about his role models, Yogesh says that his father is his role model who always motivated him to never get disappointed in life. His father taught him that even when things are going bad, have patience and work even harder.

Yogesh says that he loves playing chess and has learned from the game that taking a step back does not necessarily mean losing, but it may be a preparation to win.

Talking about his struggles, Yogesh says that when he was appearing for government examinations, many times he reached the stage of document verification but couldn't get the final selection. He feels that it was the struggling phase of his life.

When asked about the relative importance of education and experience, he feels that experience is more important as it helps a person in learning and improving themselves.

If given a time machine, Yogesh would like to go back in time and would like to change the final result of all the examinations in which he failed to get the final selection.

Advising everyone, Yogesh says that no matter in which field we go into and whether we get success or not, we should never stop being patient in life.
