Similarly, he says that his Health Line Fitness Studio is the first medical gym where specialized programs are offered to achieve the fitness goals of people.
Dr. Vyom hails from Udaipur and his entire childhood was spent in the busy streets of the old city. He feels nostalgic about his childhood for having fun and playing several outdoor games like Gilli Danda, Sitoliya, etc. He says his parents sent him to St. Paul’s School while living in a joint family and never compromised on their childrens’ education.
Dr. Vyom’s success mantra is that his Guru always used to tell him that if you run after Saraswati, then Lakshmi will always follow.
Dr. Vyom advises that if you want success in life, you should never waste a day without learning something new, create a good network of people and have good mentors and then only you can get success in life.
Talking about struggles, Dr. Vyom says that in the initial days of his career, he struggled a lot and started his business by borrowing money on interest from the market. But slowly and gradually things moved on and he continued to grow.
Dr. Vyom believes that the Covid period has proved out to be a turning point for several people because many people have changed their careers, some have started start-ups and for several others, it has been a very bad time too. His health club was closed for five months which was a difficult time for him to pass. He says despite having a huge team, he tried his best to support them by whatever way he could and he took out a loan to pay their salaries and tried to keep them motivated. On a personal front, he enjoyed spending his time and playing with his family.
Dr. Vyom suggests to the newcomers that health & fitness and physiotherapy is a recession free industry. He says that even in the times of Covid, they worked as a front-line warrior and became more aware about fitness and wellness. He says that along with modern science and modern technology, you have to keep updated on traditional basics and concepts. Also, you should focus on learning, earning will automatically come to you.
About role models, Dr. Vyom says that there have been many role models in different phases of his life. But the biggest role models are his parents because they have never stopped him from doing anything and have sacrificed several things to give him a good education. His wife is also his role model as she supports him in every situation and manages her work life very well. Also, some of his friends and his brother-in-law are his role models for always being supportive and encouraging towards him.
Apart from work, Dr. Vyom loves to travel. He does educational travel to have work and leisure experience at the same time. He likes meeting new people and learning new experiences. Besides, he loves to dance, listening to music and fitness is also his passion.
If Dr. Vyom could get a chance to go back in time, then he would love to return back to his school and college days for having fun during that time.
Dr. Vyom believes that a leader without a team is nothing and a team without a leader is called a crowd. So he considers himself as a team leader rather than a boss. He values his team and treats them respectfully. So he says that to be a good leader you should always keep motivating your team.
