He feels that the higher level of digitization has increased the pace of development of mankind on a bigger scale.

Between education and experience, Rathore opines that both have different roles to play. He feels that education can earn you a degree that acts as a gate pass for you to gain experience. But experience matters a lot ahead of that and the more experience you have, the more your chances of moving forward increase.

In his spare time, Rathore likes to hang out, explore new places, learn about new cultures, and travel abroad. Along with living his life, he also enjoys helping people.

Advising the youth, Rathore tells them to utilize their energy for good things and to give up on laziness. He asks them to become entrepreneurs to promote employment and change the lives of people.

Rathore gives a message to the youth that you should bring out your potential and talent and explore it. He adds that to move forward in life and do something, you should have a mentor. Further, he advises them to stay in the company of the right people, read good books, go to the gym, focus on their health and keep themselves mentally and physically fit.
