Vishnu Kumar Sharma is a diligent Educationist working to strengthen the teaching patterns in Primary and Upper Primary Schools. He has immensely struggled to understand that helping others is the true meaning of success.

Vishnu Kumar is working as an Academic Resource Person to provide supportive supervision to primary school teachers. His work involves training interesting teaching techniques to teachers. Vishnu Kumar reports to the Education Officer and looks after the English Language subject.

Vishnu was born in Baseri District of Dholpur, Rajasthan, where he completed his primary education. Then, he completed his secondary education from Badi District and stood in the second position in his high school. Later, he completed his intermediate studies with first position and a Gold Medal from the DM. Vishu did B.A. in English, Sanskrit, and Political Science from MSG College in Bharatpur.

After his B.A., from 2003 to 2009, he stayed in Agra and prepared for B.Ed. After finishing his B.Ed degree, he started teaching in schools to financially support his family and the education of his younger brothers. In 2009, Vishnu got selected as a Primary Teacher Then, in August 2010, he started working as an Assistant Primary Teacher. In 2015, Vishnu got promoted as the Headmaster in an Upper Primary School in Madnai. Later, Vishnu got selected as the Academic Resource Person.

Vishnu did M.A. in English, Sanskrit, and Political Science via private medium. He says due to inadequate financial resources, he never travelled anywhere while pursuing his higher studies and B.Ed. However, he says that today he earns well and can save enough. Therefore, he advises everyone to work hard as it is the only way to be successful in life.

Vishnu feels accomplished to have funded the education of his younger brothers and made them able and educated individuals. He also feels elated when his students do good in their lives.

Vishnu believes that none should be hurt or get sad because of us. He believes in passing on goodness.

Vishnu asks the youth to dream big and achieve it with hard work. He motivates them with Dr APJ Abdul Kalam’s saying, “Dreams are not what you see in sleep, dreams are something which doesn't let you sleep.” He encourages the youth to be determined and focused on their goals.

Vishnu uses music as a relaxation. He also enjoys watching India vs Pakistan Cricket matches and singing.
