Vishal Sharma is a traveler, video creator, and founder of Trip with Nomads. He holds a B.Tech degree.
Describing his journey, Vishal says that after his B.Tech., he used to work with corporations for seven good years. But during the COVID lockdown, he realized that he needed to work on his health and lose some weight. He dropped his job and started working on himself. Meanwhile, he also applied for a specialization course in Supply Chain Management. He then traveled to the city of Kashi and realized the ultimate truth of life. He decided to spend his life with his family and friends and give it a more concrete purpose.
Following a trip to Kedarnath with his parents, Vishal made the decision to tell others about his unforgettable and magical experience. He then began sharing his experience on online forums. Since his first trip, it has been years of his traveling to visit different places in India. He enjoys being with people from different places, the beauty of the place, and the peace he gets from these trips, which he can't express in words.
Remembering his childhood, Vishal says his family belongs to Himachal, but he was born in Haryana. His father was in the army and was thus posted to different parts of India. When Vishal was too small, he got the opportunity to spend some time in Nagaland''s Dimapur, where his father was posted. He shares his fondest memory of that place, which includes seeing the elephants frequently. This was the best part of living there for him. Then his father shifted the family to Secunderabad, where his mother had established a business.
Vishal says that in his childhood, he used to stammer a lot, but when he started reciting the poems in a particular way, it helped him overcome this issue. After years of listening to "Eminem," the famous rapper, he understood that the way he used to recite the poems was actually his style of rapping. Then he started practicing the rap style more and developing himself as a rapper.
Speaking about the ups and downs during his journey, Vishal says that since he started his channel, it has given him a broad perspective on the world and people. He bought an I-Phone, a Drone, and a video camera gradually at half the price, available on online platforms. But now he loves his journey and is proud of the fact that at least he initiated it and enjoyed it.
Vishal suggests that solo travelers should not be afraid of exploring new places; instead, they must show trust and respect for the people, the place, and their beliefs. One must listen to the local people and try to understand how their culture blends into them, so, that would be a good way for the solo traveler to get a wider knowledge of the place. And above all, one must have a passion for traveling and exploring the world and should not be blindly influenced by other solo travelers.
He also advises solo travelers to develop their income source and learn to earn money through different online platforms and share trading. He says the decision to invest the money should be wise enough. First, collect complete information, do the analysis, and take the risk. Life is too big to be afraid of losses.
When asked about his role models, Vishal says he considers his mother as his role model. His mother has handled all the family responsibilities successfully all her life. He also seeks inspiration from every other person who is struggling to follow their dreams.
Vishal suggests to the young generation that they should stay around positive and good people who can guide them to follow the right path. He says the internet is flooded with information, but the young mind can be easily distracted by that. So they must have someone experienced and knowledgeable from whom they can learn. He urges the young minds to learn as much as they can until the age of eighteen.
Vishal urges people to do everything according to ethics and choose the right path, even if it is the harder one. Be good to everyone, be happy, and respect elders.
