Vishal is an entrepreneur and author. He has his own event management company. He writes on self-help. He has recently penned down and published his first book entitled “Finding YOU”, wherein YOU stands for finding ‘your own universe’.

Vishal Dhingra considers himself an explorer. He has always been inquisitive and curious about things, and this is what later drove him to become an entrepreneur. He is a graduate of Delhi University.

While in his second year of college, Vishal started his own travel company. He would take the younger students on trips to Goa and Himachal Pradesh. And this is when he realized he needed to explore more about himself. Later, he completed his MBA in event management and public relations.

Vishal would read books from across genres, and the idea of writing a book was always there in the back of his mind. When the lockdown was imposed owing to the ongoing pandemic, he leveraged this time and finished writing his first book. He also counseled younger individuals about their careers and how they could prepare themselves for the changing times.

Vishal considers his father an inspiration. His father built his own business all by himself. Besides, he also considers Jay Shetty and Simon Sinek as his inspirations.

Vishal advises aspiring authors to maintain a continuous sense of curiosity and invest more time in tasks, viewing them from a third person’s perspective, especially in today's technology-driven world where distractions are prevalent.

Vishal believes that education is not just about formal education. Education is about the holistic development of an individual. It doesn’t necessarily mean that someone who scores higher in exams is more intelligent than someone who scores less.

To rejuvenate himself, Vishal likes to watch Netflix and listen to songs.

Even if Vishal could go back in time, he would not want to change anything. He believes that everything happens for a reason, and if he changed something, he would not be where he is today.

Vishal writes in a very simple language. He thinks that writing in a simple language may help him connect better with the younger generation.
