With over 14 years of dedicated service at Paramount Academy, she currently serves as the Primary In-Charge, guiding young learners from Classes 1 to 3 with patience, creativity, and deep commitment.

Earlier, she served as the Pre-Primary In-Charge, carefully nurturing tiny learners at the foundational stage of education. For the past three years, she has been leading the Primary Section, ensuring that the transition from playful learning to structured academics happens smoothly and confidently for every child.

Speaking about the transformation in early education, Vishakha Patidar highlights the remarkable shift brought about by the National Education Policy- 2020. She shares that earlier, learning often revolved around memorization. Students were expected to reproduce answers rather than truly understand concepts. However, with the implementation of the NEP, the focus has shifted toward holistic development to nurture curiosity, creativity, communication, and confidence alongside academics.

Patidar shares that at Paramount Academy, activity-based learning is not just a method but it is a culture ensuring that children learn through participation, exploration, and hands-on experiences. She says that reading has been made an essential part of every child’s daily routine. Through phonics, students learn to recognize letter sounds, blend them, and form words independently. This systematic approach has been thoughtfully included in the school timetable, allowing children to build strong foundational literacy skills at an early age.

Beyond academics, she emphasizes conversations, storytelling, and creative expression. Students are encouraged not only to listen to stories but also to create their own. This process enhances imagination, comprehension, and articulation. According to her, true education lies in empowering children to speak confidently, express freely, and think independently.

Reflecting on her early years, Vishakha Patidar shares that she was born in Sanawad. Her father, a government employee, played a significant role in shaping her values and instilling discipline. She completed her early education in her hometown, and after her father’s transfer, she continued her schooling up to Class 12 in Mandleshwar. She pursued both her Graduation and Post-Graduation from Mandleshwar itself.

She shares that as a young student, she once aspired to become a lawyer. Although circumstances did not allow that dream to materialize, she chose not to dwell on disappointment. Instead, she redirected her passion toward education, believing that shaping young minds is equally powerful and impactful. After marriage, she entered the teaching profession.

She also says that she does not see teaching as limited to textbooks or syllabi. For her, every classroom interaction is a relationship. She recalls an emotional incident from her early teaching years when a Class 1 student would lovingly bring something from his lunch to share with her. When she could not visit his class for three consecutive days, the child became upset and asked his parents why she was not coming to meet him. The parents eventually called her to share this. That moment, she says, filled her heart with immense happiness. It reassured her that she was not just teaching lessons but was building bonds.

Primary Section In-Charge Vishakha Patidar strongly believes that emotional connection enhances learning. When students feel safe, valued, and understood, they naturally become more confident and expressive. She often says that teaching is a two-way journey, while she imparts knowledge, she also learns patience, innocence, and perspective from her students every day.

Apart from academics, she ensures that children gain awareness about values, behavior, communication skills, and real-life understanding. Her aim is not just to create good students, but to nurture good human beings.

Talking about her inspirations, she lovingly credits her father, husband, and children. According to her, they are her pillars of strength. Whenever she feels nervous or low, she turns to them for encouragement. Her father’s constant reassurance that she is capable of achieving anything continues to motivate her to move forward with courage and positivity.
