A goal-oriented professional educator, Vishal has a strong commitment to the academic growth and development of his institution.

Virendra Paliwal is working as a principal at Alok Senior Secondary School, Udaipur. He has been working with Alok School for the past twenty-four years. He credits all of his success to his chairman, Dr. Pradeep Kumawat, who always encouraged him to excel both as an administrator and an educator.

Virendra was born and brought up in Lakhawali, a small village near Udaipur. He  holds a B.P.Ed and an M.A. in English literature in addition to a B.Ed.

When asked about his role models, Virendra says he considers the former principal of Alok School, Narayan Lal Sharma, as his life's role model. He says he learned from him how to remain connected with the parents of students. He says that Narayan Sharma used to believe that taking this approach would help resolve all issues concerning the students. Virendra also looked up to his father and elder brother as inspirations, but sadly, he lost both of them in the last two years.

Speaking about his achievements, Virendra says he represented his Rajasthan Vidyapeeth University at Guru Govind Singh University, Chandigarh, in athletic competitions during his post-graduation years which was an achievement for him.

In his spare time, Virendra enjoys playing volleyball and listening to classic Hindi film songs. The majority of his free time is spent helping his mother with agriculture and caring for their dairy farm.

Virendra advises young people to be truthful about their work and their organization. He believes that everyone should treat others with respect, regardless of their age.

Additionally, he advises those who want to become teachers to earn a B.Ed. degree to teach upper-class students and an STC degree to teach primary students. He also advises them to attempt to pass the Rajasthan Public Service exams based on their qualifications.
