Vipin Solanki is an educator who has taught accounting for the past 8 years.
His teacher and guide, Rajat Khandelwal, is the person who taught him everything he needed to know about the teaching line and more. He was able to gather knowledge and experience with regard to this discipline. He supported him as a friend and a guide.
Vipin lost his parents at a very tender age. His relatives took care of him. Growing up, he had to face many challenges. His childhood was spent without the love of his parents. The initial days of his institute were rough. But he stood the test of time, and now his students score above 90% in subjects like accounting. Despite the struggles, he has many fond memories of his childhood.
Everything has a solution, according to Vipin. No matter what the problem, it must have a solution, and that motivates him to move forward. Both bad times and good times are only temporary in life. He advises us to keep this mindset while tackling challenges that seem impossible at first in life.
During the lockdown, students and teachers were not allowed to hold classes while being present physically. However, studious students wanted to study under his guidance. Online coaching was done through video recordings made by him. He purchased a laptop, especially for teaching students online during the pandemic. The performance of students under his coaching is his first and foremost priority.
Vipin believes that subject knowledge would develop over time for any teacher, and it is not that important. The most important skill of a teacher is conveying and making students understand the fundamentals of the subject.
Rajat Khandelwal, his commerce teacher, is his role model. As aforementioned, he was able to gather knowledge and experience from him with regard to his professional career in teaching.
Drawing a comparison between education and experience, Vipin says that the basic foundation of any knowledge is education. Education is required for a degree in any field. Subsequently, a degree is required for a good job or career. Experience cannot provide us with a degree; nevertheless, it is the most important tool for social or professional life. Experience teaches us lessons that education cannot. In his opinion, education should be pursued first, and then only experience will guide us as we advance in our professional lives.
Vipin likes playing cricket and riding his bicycle in his spare time. He likes watching movies too.
