Vipasha has been promoting environmental-friendly activities and items manufactured from recycled material. Her page Jaipur City Blog has two million followers across various social media networks. Besides, she is associated with a number of NGOs, including Motopaws, the Robinhood Army, and the Durga Kriti Society.

Jaipur-based Vipasha Bhatnagar is a social worker, digital marketer, and the founder of the Art of Sustainability, a start up that advocates environmentally conscious behavior and use of goods manufactured from recycled material. In addition, she is the co-owner of Adsgrip, a digital marketing agency that promotes online business growth. She also participates in a variety of philanthropic endeavors through her association with NGOs like the Durga Kriti Society, Motopaws, and the Robinhood Army.

Vipasha completed a B.Sc. in Computer Science, Chemistry, and Environmental Sciences. She completed an M.Sc. in Environmental Sciences as well. She founded the ‘Art of Sustainability’ in October 2019 because she is passionate about environmental sustainability. There, she transforms thrown away glass and plastic into beautiful showpieces which she sells on Amazon. In addition, she has a social media page named Jaipur City Blog, with almost two million followers. She gathers scrap plastic from the homes, makes products with it after which she returns those items to the owners.

Vipasha says that rather than complaining about environmental issues, she took the decision to do what she could and began looking for feasible solutions.  She has slowly bult her team at her startup ‘Art of Sustainability’  which has 4 in-house designers and delivery boys to collect and deliver the material.

Vipasha also takes an active part in planting trees, teaching kids in rural areas, etc. Durga Kriti Society was the first NGO focused on the development of children in rural areas, she claims. Every Sunday, Vipasha along with some volunteers go to teach  children from Jaisinghpura, Rampura about different life lessons pertaining to communication, yoga, general growth, and attitude as they grow older. Along with this, she works with the nonprofit organization,Motopaws, to protect stray dogs by putting reflective collars around their necks.

Sharing her COVID experience, Vipasha says  the pandemic has had a detrimental impact on her business. She launched her start-up in 2019, but the pandemic hit in 2020, which hindered the startup's growth. However, after things got better and the lockdown was removed, she resumed building her earlier  momentum.

Recalling her childhood, Vipasha shares that she had an artistic streak from the very beginning. She also loved to dance and showcase the same when guests visited her home. Vipasha refers to her childhood as crazy and fun.

Dr. Shailja Juneja, her teacher during her M.Sc days was her mentor; she was the only one who could see her talent and encourage her to go higher in life. Ikigai, which implies that people can make money doing things that genuinely interest them and also benefit society, is Vipasha's mantra for success.

Regarding her accomplishments, Vipasha says that earning a gold medal for her M.Sc. is her fondest accomplishment. In addition, she views establishing her NGO on her own without assistance from others as a success.

Vipasha enjoys going shopping, watching films and other activities in her spare time. She thinks it's critical to engage in enjoyable and relaxing hobbies and pastimes. Furthermore, Vipasha finds happiness in spending time with her loved ones, who support and love her no matter what.

If Vipasha could go back in time and change something, she would like to prevent the pandemic from happening. In addition, she would like to go back to her college years because that's when she made her closest friends.

According to Vipasha, there are a lot of opportunities in digital media to pursue, including managing social media, creating content, graphic design, and more. However, one needs a selfless desire to serve others in order to work with an NGO.

Vipasha suggests that we engage in social work outside our line of work. She claims that although we have everything, we still complain about it, and that we should learn this lesson from the happiest kids, who live in remote locations with minimal means.

Vipasha suggests that rather than taking a huge leap all at once, we should take baby steps in whatever we do. In addition, she encourages us to maintain a clean environment by practicing "Reduce, Recycle and Reuse." We should also be comfortable and happy with who we are.

Vipasha signs off saying that since this is the best time to support Mother Earth, please start with little actions.
