Vikas Jain is a keynote speaker, author, and the founder of a world-class network. He claims to have delivered motivational speeches for more than two hundred companies.
Vikas was born and raised in Delhi. He did a B.Sc. in Computer Science and an MCA from Delhi University. He worked with companies like IBM, McAfee, Microsoft, etc., before becoming a motivational speaker.
Vikas says that we set our own constraints in life. He shares that he studied till 7th grade at a Hindi Medium school and as a result of that he always feared speaking in English in front of people. However, during his college, he happened to participate in a speech competition, and following his instincts, he delivered his speech in Hindi and was declared the winner of the competition eventually. This incident boosted his morale and made him realize that we set our limitations.
Vikas thinks that constantly learning and upgrading your skill sets is the key to keep growing in your career. He says real education is about learning every day and this is what leaders also follow.

Vikas says that listening to motivational speeches and quotes is one thing and applying them in real life is another. He says it’s important to apply learning from your mentors in your life to change the way you live for the better.
Talking about COVID, Vikas says that during the pandemic, he too felt emotionally and mentally low, however, later he realized that he was just overthinking and it would lead him nowhere.
Vikas shares that he believes in three Ms: Mindset, Mastery, and Mentor to become successful in life.
