Despite holding degrees in the science field, Vijendra has been working in the education field of commerce for a long time now. He thinks that there is no work in the world that he cannot do and he constantly tries to make himself a perfect all-rounder in every field he works in.

Vijendra Kumar Nagda has been associated with Badala Classes ever since its formation. He has fifteen years of working experience in this field and currently he is working as an HOD of the Admin Department at Badala Classes. He looks after registration, examination, tests and scheduling of classes. Along with this, he also coordinates with schools for organising an event called ‘Commerce Olympiad’ in Udaipur, Bhilwara and other neighbouring districts.

Vijendra did M.B.A., M.Sc. and M.C.A. Initially, he started teaching management courses to CS students and from there he developed interest to work in the fields of teaching as well as management and administration.

Vijendra belongs to Udaipur but went to Delhi to pursue education. He believes that discipline is the key factor in the education field along with being familiar with the students.

Vijendra advises the newcomers who want to enter into this field that the concepts of whatever subject you are teaching should be clear and strong. Second, it is also important how well you can deliver those concepts to the students because teaching is a difficult job.

Vijendra says that because he holds two of his degrees in science but is working in commerce education for years, so according to him, experience plays an important role than education.

As far as leadership is concerned, Vijendra believes that rather than leading anyone, a leader needs to listen to their team members by taking along all of them and consider their opinion to draw a conclusion and get a best way out. He feels that he is a born leader because from childhood, he has always led everywhere.

Talking about role models, Vijendra says that he has got inspirations from many people in his life. He got inspired by his mathematics teacher initially and later many people got added to this list. Currently, he is highly inspired by Rahul Badala because of his energy and positivity towards work, owing to which, Vijendra feels motivated and positive.

If Vijendra gets a chance to time travel, he would like to go back to his college days,  the best days of his life and hence wants to relive those moments.

Vijendra’s first priority after being free from work is his family. He likes to give as much time as he can to his family.
