A dynamic entrepreneur, Veeram Singh Krishnawat is the esteemed Director of Chunda Palace, a renowned heritage hotel in Udaipur.

With a keen business acumen, he is also actively engaged in the mining business through his venture, Haveli Marbles Private Limited, based in Udaipur. His entrepreneurial spirit and leadership continue to drive growth and innovation in both the hospitality and mining sectors, making a significant impact in the region.

Sharing his journey, Veeram Singh Krishnawat reveals that he became involved in his father's business right after completing his schooling in 2005. Besides, in 2010, they transformed their family’s old property into Chunda Palace, marking the beginning of their hospitality venture. His father was the first entrepreneur in the family, laying the foundation for Veeram's continued success in the field.

Coming from one of the noble households of Mewar, Veeram Singh Krishnawat shares that business was never a traditional pursuit for his family. However, post-independence, circumstances drastically changed, particularly for families like theirs, as resources for revenue generation became scarce. Adapting to the changed circumstances, his father ventured into the mining business shortly after completing his college education. As the second generation of entrepreneurs in the family, Veeram is focused on expanding and diversifying the mining business, carrying forward his father's legacy and vision for growth.

Mines Owner Veeram Singh Krishnawat shares that he has a deep passion for the mining business, particularly when it comes to stone. The thrill of discovering new areas containing minerals, exploring untapped deposits, and working on them excites him. One of the main reasons he enjoys this field is the opportunity it provides to work outdoors. He relishes the experience of venturing into new locations, driving off-road, and exploring uncharted jungles, all of which make his work both adventurous and rewarding.

Recalling his early days, Veeram Krishnawat fondly recalls his childhood spent in Udaipur, and shares that he and his brother, Yaduraj Singh, were both mischievous and extroverted. His father, recognizing the importance of a well-rounded upbringing, sent both of them to boarding school in Ajmer and encouraged their interest in sports.

Veeram Singh Krishnawat went on to become the captain of his school's Polo team and participated in an exchange program to the UK, where he represented his school at national-level tournaments and won the Most Promising Player Award. In addition, he encourages people to dedicate time to hobbies or sports, as they help maintain energy levels and nourish the soul.

Sharing his thoughts on the value of education and experience, Krishnawat highlights that while education is important, experience plays a crucial role in shaping one's success. He believes that many individuals, though not highly educated, have achieved remarkable success in life due to their wealth of experience.
