Veer Narayan, a miniature artist, is the owner of Artwale, an online art gallery. In his quest to deepen his knowledge of art and painting, he moved to Jaipur and devoted himself to building his career in this field. He has been active in the art world for the past 35 years. His notable achievements include the 69th Lalit Kala Akademi Award, Jaipur Ratna, Tonk Ratna, and many more.

Veer Narayan Arya is a miniature artist who runs Artwale, an online art gallery where he develops and sells handcrafted artwork or paintings. He is from the Auraiya district of Uttar Pradesh. He presently resides in Jaipur.

Arya earned both the 69th Lalit Kala Akademi Award and the Santosh Smriti Kala Samman. He also received the Jaipur and Tonk Ratna Awards. The collector from Bundi congratulated him, and his painting was nominated for the prestigious Kalidas Award, which he considers a significant accomplishment.

When asked about his motivation in this sector, Veer Narayan says his uncle was a temple architect, and watching him drew him to art. Later, he became interested in miniature paintings.

He states that after finishing his education in 1986, he visited Jaipur and was captivated by one of the wall murals at the Jaipur Junction Railway Station. He looked up information on the art and learnt it from other skilled painters.

Veer Narayan recalls his early years as an introverted boy raised in the natural atmosphere of a hamlet by his farmer father. He spent his boyhood playing on the farm and the river.

When asked about his role models, Veer Narayan mentions his brother-in-law, K.L. Arya, who taught and pushed him to pursue this craft. Furthermore, he was usually accompanied by musicians such as Mahendra Sharma, Ajay Sharma, and Jay Shankar Sharma.

The lines that motivates him a lot are:

सपनों से बनता है जीवन,
जीवन निखरता है मज़िलों से,
 मंज़िलें साथ लाती हैं उत्साह,
उत्साह है बीज़ कामयाबी का,
और कामयाबी है तो पहचान है।

The idea of these phrases is that 'dream comes first'. He thinks that whichever path you pick, you should start as a dreamer and see yourself in that place.

Veer Narayan's life mission is to advance human civilization and humanity via his art. He feels that consistency and attention are essential for an artist.

Talking about his difficulties, Arya answers that troubles are a natural part of life because it is a journey. He views the pandemic as the most difficult time since everything was going online. He then launched a website called Artwale to market his paintings online, which received a positive reaction. He is delighted that his art has spread to most nations, thanks to social media.

Veer Narayan advises aspiring artists to deeply connect with their aspirations and act on them. He believes that painting is a highly advanced field, so it's crucial to hold such aspirations firmly in your mind.

He admits that while he was in eleventh grade, he cheated on an exam and was caught by his teacher. He graduated with a third division and did not pursue higher education.

In his leisure time, Veer Narayan enjoys reading books. He is greatly influenced by the novel 'चिंता छोड़ो सुख से जियो'.

If one wishes to connect with him, they can visit his website, Artwale.com, where a broad range of paintings can be viewed. The site also allows for the buying and selling of artworks.
