Ved Prakash is working as a teacher in Jaipur. He also writes stories and loves being in the company of children. He feels that his profession provides him with an opportunity to shape our country’s future.

Ved Prakash Sharma was born in the Bharatpur district of Rajasthan and is working as a teacher in Jaipur. He has been working in the field of Education for the past fourteen years. He is also associated with NGOs which work in the field of Child Education and Development.

Ved did his B.Sc. (First Year) from Bharatpur and then moved to Jaipur to complete it. He has also done M.A. Sociology and B.Ed. He likes connecting with students, working and playing with them, teaching them, and spending time with children.

He has also done Theater and written his own stories. In his childhood, he was an avid participant in Essay writing and Drawing competitions. He also won the third prize in a drawing competition organized at the district level.

Ved considers his sister as his role model. His sister inspired Ved to come into the field of Education. She used to take special care of him in his childhood. She always says that we should do what we like and also notice how it is affecting people around us. Ved says that her sister taught him that helping children grow into good human beings is the sole objective of education and of a teacher.

Ved feels that the objective of attaining Education should be clear in mind. His motive is to pass on to younger generations whatever knowledge he has gained through his experiences in life. He is also writing stories and trying to figure out how his writing can help students understand life better.

Ved feels that films we watch have a great impact on our life. He also gets motivated by watching films and listening to songs with meaningful guidance.

Ved shares that they left his birthplace, Bharatpur, some eighteen years ago and sold their house. He says that living those childhood moments in his old house is something that he wants to experience again.
