Varsha Gupta is the Chief of Commercial Operations at Secure Automation Consultants (SAC) in Jaipur, bringing over 12 years of experience in managing key business functions. Specializing in Back Office Operations, HR Management, Administration, and Project Cost Control, she plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of SAC.

In her role, Varsha Gupta oversees the crucial task of Project Cost Control at Secure Automation Consultants (SAC), recognizing its significant impact on business profitability. She ensures that project costs do not exceed the set budget, closely monitoring expenses to maintain financial health.

Additionally, she manages the payment schedules for customers and explores new commercial opportunities, such as leveraging MSME benefits or securing loans to optimize capital and increase company earnings. Gupta Varsha believes that as the company grows and earns more, it will create opportunities for more people to join the company thus helping expand their socially important work.

Before joining SAC, PGDCA and MBA Varsha Gupta developed her expertise in accounting, back office support, and administrative tasks, which fueled her passion for optimizing operational processes. Talking about her inspiration behind joining this field, Varsha Gupta credits her father-in-law as her biggest inspiration in the field of finance. She recalls that soon after her marriage, he would take her along wherever he went, whether it was to meet a chartered accountant or visit the bank. He always believed that a woman is the best suited to manage finances, as she can be the right-hand support to a man in every aspect, providing essential backing and guidance in financial matters.

Originally from Ajmer, Varsha Gupta completed her early schooling up to the fifth grade there before her parents, both government servants, were transferred to Bhilwara. She continued her education in Bhilwara, completing both her school and college studies.

Later, she pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications (PGDCA). Following her marriage, during the COVID-19 pandemic, she realized that staying idle at home wouldn't benefit her. This led her to pursue an MBA in Finance to sharpen her skills and enhance her professional growth.

Talking about her role models, Back Office Manager Gupta says she views her mother-in-law as her greatest inspiration. She has always supported her, imparting valuable lessons on the importance of learning thoroughly whenever an opportunity arises. Varsha shares that she has learned a great deal from her in-laws and husband.

The line that constantly motivates her is:
