These memories of carefree fun and mischief have stayed with her throughout her life, reminding her to always embrace spontaneity and enjoy the present moment.
When asked whether education or experience is more crucial, Vanshita says that as a fresher, when you enter the industry, every HR person asks about education first, and after spending a good time in the industry, they would ask about experience. She emphasizes that the value of experience becomes more crucial after spending a few years in the industry. She asserts that practical experience allows individuals to apply their theoretical knowledge in a practical setting, enabling them to adapt and problem-solve effectively. Vanshita also highlights that experience helps professionals develop a deeper understanding of industry dynamics, client needs, and market trends, which can significantly enhance their decision-making capabilities.
Remembering her hardships, Vanshita says her real struggle started after the completion of her engineering degree and when she started searching for a job in her field. She used to send many job applications to various companies and still get rejections.
