Vaibhav hails from Udaipur. He studied in Dehradun for a few years and then came back to Udaipur and completed his school education here. He completed his bachelor’s degree from MB Science College, Udaipur. After that, he started his own company by the name Shambhavi Renewable Energy Pvt. Ltd. Meanwhile, he also did some research work at IIT Bombay. He also went to the US for his studies.
Taking inspiration from Rahul Gandhi and Sachin Pilot, he stepped into youth politics in 2017. He says that the purpose behind his joining politics was to spread political awareness among the youth and provide fundamental resources to the youth who come from underprivileged sections of society.
Vaibhav has always taken inspiration from Srinivas BV - the National President of the Indian Youth Congress. He says, be it politics, business, or personal life, N. Srinivasan always inspired him. Besides, he also considers Rahul Gandhi and Sachin Pilot as his role models.
Vaibhav thinks that both education and experience are important in life. He says education and real-life experience both help in shaping one’s character. He also adds education teaches you what to do and experience teaches you how to do that.
To the youth, he advises that they should first complete their education as it will help shape their character and personality. After that their experience will help them make their decisions in life.
Vaibhav says that whatever one does in life, one has to be passionate to be successful in that and achieve what one wants. Besides, he says that along with passion, hard work and consistency will help one achieve one’s goals.
Talking about the Covid pandemic, he says that it was an unprecedented situation that wreaked havoc among the public. He says that the pandemic taught us the importance of working on the ground and helping one another in times of crisis. Besides, it also taught us that we don’t require resources but the will to serve others.
Even if he could go back in time, Vaibhav would not want to change anything as he thinks he has had a good life. However, he wanted to help more and more people during the Covid pandemic.
