Vaibhav was born and raised in Mandsaur, Madhya Pradesh. He grew up in a business family which taught him how to socialize with people and also know-hows of doing a business from a very young age.
Vaibhav says that contrary to what people think, running a family business is not easy. He says, at times you have to shoulder responsibilities which you have no prior experience of and during that moment everyone’s eyes are on you and if you fail to live up to the expectations of others, it can be emotionally devastating.
Success for Vaibhav is to be able to create a life that he envisions for himself.
Talking about Covid, Vaibhav says that the pandemic hit the building and construction industry hard. He says he also had to halt his construction business for a matter of a few months. And it was anticipated that the real estate sector would go down as there would be no demand as pandemic hit everything adversely. However, he says that contrary to people’s anticipation, a surge in demand for properties was observed after things became normalized.
Vaibhav considers his father as his role model, who rose from rags to riches and who also exudes work ethics that are worthy of being emulated.
If he could go back in time, Vaibhav would want to have more me-time and would also want to improve his bad habits and cultivate some good habits.
In his spare time, he likes to travel, read books, and learn poetry.
His advice to people is to pay attention to details, cultivate good habits, and never to fear taking calculated risks in life.
