Vaibhav is carrying forward the legacy of his family business in the field of construction services. He has been looking after his business for the last ten years.

Vaibhav Singh Rathore is the owner of Mewar Hi-Tech in Udaipur.

Recalling his childhood, Vaibhav says that he was born in Baroda, Gujarat. Then he shifted to Udaipur when he was eight years old. Initially, he was living a very lavish lifestyle with his parents, but they saw hardships in settling down their business in Udaipur. Afterwards, in 2005, their business gained momentum again.

Vaibhav shares that being a second-generation entrepreneur is more challenging than being an entrepreneur. The biggest challenge he faced was carrying out his legacy and fulfilling the hopes of his family while doing business. There are always a few eyes that are judging you in the parental business, but it is beneficial for him as he learned a lot from them.

Sharing his COVID experiences, Vaibhav says that in business, one has to face new challenges every day. At the time of the pandemic, he learned to enhance the digital presence of the company, which faced many struggles at that time.

Vaibhav’s success mantra is to win over your comfort so you can win any challenge in life. He also says that one should not give up on their dreams.

If given a time machine, Vaibhav wouldn't want to change anything, as he feels proud to make each and every decision in his life. He made many mistakes in life but learned a lot from them, and those mistakes made him who he is today.

While comparing education and experience, Vaibhav says that experience is more important than education. Education is also required, but experience plays an important role.

When asked about role models, Vaibhav thinks that there is something to be learned from each and every person.

In his leisure time, Vaibhav likes to ride his bike and do workouts. He also likes to write poems.

When advising aspirants in his field, Vaibhav emphasizes the importance of possessing a strong learning ability. To enter the business industry, it is important to have the confidence to face any situation.
