Vaibhav Sharma is from Udaipur, Rajasthan. He is currently working as a Shift Field Engineer with Reliance Industries Limited.

Vaibhav is a Chemical Engineer, providing his expertise in the operations and gasification departments of Reliance. His day-to-day activities include manpower management and supervision of plants. Vaibhav is responsible for any kind of defect in the manufacturing plants and troubleshooting them for the company.

Vaibhav attended St. Paul Senior Secondary School until the tenth grade.Thereafter, he switched to MDS Public School for his 11th and 12th. Vaibhav completed his B.E. in Chemical Engineering from Nirma University, Ahmedabad. He chose this subject following his interest in chemical engineering back in school.

Vaibhav has been working with various clubs and organizations for four years now, with a major focus on the marketing department. He has recently shifted his focus to marketing and is attempting to make a change.Vaibhav plans to explore and switch to the marketing department at Reliance. He sees his future in the marketing field.

Vaibhav says that in the era of startups, the youth have options to explore various fields and can also perform some freelance work.

Vaibhav is fond of cooking, which helped him survive in his hostel life. Besides, he is also a traveler who explores destinations every month to rejuvenate himself.
