Vaibhav is a very promising person who started off his career very early by utilizing his Covid time and became an entrepreneur.

Vaibhav Sharma is a Physiotherapist by education but a businessman by profession. He is a co-founder at Shreenath Traders, a firm which deals in scrap materials such as iron, plastic, paper and any other recyclable items. They collect metal and other scrap material by giving door-to-door services and have a staff of around 15-20 people.

Vaibhav says there was no work to do in the lockdown and due to being free, he thought of doing something and he started this work together with his friend. They have a godown where they store all material and every week they send the material off to industrial areas to get them recycled.

Vaibhav hails from Udaipur and his childhood was spent here itself. He did his schooling till 10th from Vidya Niketan Sr. Sec. School and 11th & 12th from Ascent International School. He says he cherishes a lot of funny memories from his school as he was a very notorious child in school.

Vaibhav’s role model in life has always been his father because he has struggled a lot in his life and always supported him at every stage of life. He says his father was a tailor. He cleared the exam and got a job in the Railways and now he is working as a Senior Section Engineer in Railways.

Vaibhav suggests to today’s generation to stay focussed on whatever they want to do and don’t listen to people. You yourself choose what you want to do and what you want to become and work hard to achieve your goals because you cannot succeed overnight and cannot make money overnight. He advises them that whatever work you’re doing, do it with your heart so that you could feel content about it.

If Vaibhav could get a chance to time travel, he would love to go back to his school days to live a fun life once again.

Vaibhav thinks that it is very important to have a balance of education and experience in life. Education is important to gain knowledge of things and experience comes with time and with the work you do. He says learning from the experience of others is also an experience and to live in a society, you have to be educated. Hence both are necessary.

Vaibhav feels that he was never a born leader and still he doesn't consider himself as a leader. He says he treats his staff just like his family members and he works along with them. Apart from work, Vaibhav loves to hang out with his friends, going for a night out with them and likes to have late night parties in his free time.

Talking about struggles, Vaibhav says that most of the struggle he has faced in his school life only because he was conscious about his studies mainly during his 10th Board exams as he could not study. He started coping up with studies and he did well in exams. He developed his interest in Science and hence he ended up taking Science-Bio in his 11th & 12th.
