From the outset, Utkarsh was resolute about pursuing a career in business rather than opting for a job. With this clear goal in mind, he dedicated himself to his family's garment business, striving tirelessly to elevate it to greater levels of success.

Utkarsh Soni hails from Sheopur, where he completed his schooling at Govt. Excellence School. Currently, he's pursuing his bachelor’s degree from a government college, also in Sheopur.

From the start, Utkarsh had been interested in business, which led him to join his family's garment business, Ayushi Collections.

Utkarsh believes education is crucial, even in business. He thinks education helps with scaling up and making decisions. He also advises staying informed about current affairs, socialising, and doing social work.

He recounts starting to assist his father in business when he was in 11th grade. His father's shop, which had been thriving for 20 years, had weathered challenges. Witnessing his father's determination through tough times inspired him to join the family business.

For budding entrepreneurs, he recommends starting small and gradually expanding while learning about the market and sales. He stresses the importance of patience in earning profits, maintaining product quality, and carving out a unique market presence. Additionally, he advises limiting phone usage and dedicating time to self-improvement.

Regarding the COVID pandemic, Utkarsh mentions it struck during their business's peak time. Although they faced losses due to the initial lockdown, his father adeptly managed the situation.
