A student of mass communication, Upasana is acquiring the skills that will help her become a good orator and leader in future.

Upasana Sharma is a content writer and a social media manager. Besides, she is a campaign manager and a political consultant.

Upasana was born and raised in MP. She is a student of mass communication.

Recollecting her childhood memories, Upasana says she remembers that she spent most of her time growing up at her maternal grandparents’ home.

When asked about her role models, Upasana says that she considers Late Jayalalithaa and Mahadevi Verma as her role models. She says, in her whole lifetime, if she could achieve one percent of what these ladies achieved in their lives, it would be an accomplishment for her.

Success for Upasana is about being able to always hold true to her values and ethics.

Talking about her mistakes in life, Upasana says that making mistakes and learning from them will always be there so long as you live. She says she easily trusts people, which is a mistake she usually commits.

To aspiring students of Mass Media and Communication, Upasansa tells them that mass media and communication is not about getting good grades and then taking admission into an MBA course. It’s about exploring and exposing yourself to different avenues. Besides, she advises them to put in their efforts in doing something that will strengthen their profile.

Upasana laments that racism is still prevalent in Indian society. She advises people not to judge anyone for their ability to do a task or fit in a job on the basis of their appearance.

In her spare time, Upasana likes to read and write.
