Tushar was always inclined towards the field of finance and started his own venture. He strives to provide the best backend support to businessmen so that they can focus on building and developing their businesses without worrying about financial management.

Tushar Paneri is the managing partner and co-founder of FundVizer Financial Solutions. He hails from Udaipur.

Recalling his childhood, Tushar says that he used to bunk his coaching classes to play PlayStation with his friends. He also recollects playing cricket and football on the last day of his exam.

Tushar has completed his MCom from Mohanlal Sukhadia University. He has done his CA articleship under his mentor, CA Mahesh Menaria, in Udaipur. He always wanted to work in the financial field from a very young age, as he was fascinated by the intricacies of this field. He strives to provide the best backend support to businessmen so that they can focus on building and developing their businesses without worrying about financial management.

Sharing about his entrepreneurial journey, Tushar says that he started with accountancy and steadily developed his skills and knowledge in other spheres of finance. During his articleship period, he and his two batchmates started their own company, FundVizer. They distributed pamphlets to promote their work and started doing accounting work for clients. They rented a small office room, and currently, they have 12 people working with them. They have ties to India's biggest banks and insurance businesses and provide the best consulting and schemes in loans and investments.

Sharing his pandemic experience, Tushar says that he is thankful to his staff for working even during COVID. He shares that there was good demand for health insurance during this pandemic, as people wanted to ensure medical safety for their loved ones. Everyone worked together and helped provide the best services to clients. He trained new employees through online meetings. He believes that the COVID-19 pandemic provided an opportunity to learn from mistakes and prepare for the worst in the future.

To all those who want to join this field, Tushar says that one must have good communication skills and patience in this industry, as one may not go days without interacting with clients. Qualifications and a good knowledge of the fundamentals of financial management are also of utmost importance.

When asked about his role models, Tushar says he draws inspiration from Elon Musk and admires him for being a visionary and an intellectual person.

In his spare time, Tushar likes going out with friends and listening to music.

Comparing the two, Tushar says that experience is more important in any profession or entrepreneurial venture. Experience is the only way to utilize the knowledge gained from education over the years.

Tushar says he was not a born leader. He has developed leadership traits over time. He thinks a good leader must always treat their subordinates as friends but also delegate the work and pressurize as and when required without intimidation or threatening anyone.
