Being interested in the technical field from a young age, Trisha followed her passion and became an engineer. She has been sincerely serving the same company for the last fourteen years and has reached the position of Development Manager, which she is proud of.

Trisha Sinha is a Development Manager at SAP Labs, Bangalore.

Trisha hails from Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh. She did all her school and college studies there itself. After completing her studies, she started her career as a Quality Test Engineer at SAP Labs, Gurgaon. After eight months, she got promoted and moved to Bangalore at SAP Labs itself, where she went on to play various roles and eventually rose to the position of Development Manager.

Recalling her childhood, Trisha says that since her father had been a bank manager, he wanted to make her the same. But due to her inclination towards math, she saw her career in the technical field and pursued engineering.

Describing her struggles, Trisha says that she had many ups and downs in her personal life, which she managed to balance with her work. At the same time, despite having a child, she managed her career and personal life in the best possible way.

Talking about her role models, Trisha says her mother is her biggest inspiration for doing everything for her without any expectations and for always supporting her. In addition, his father always taught her to work hard and never give up, so he is also her role model. She also considers her husband as her role model for always motivating her to overcome adversities and stay positive in every situation. Besides, she also draws inspiration from her manager at SAP Labs.

When asked about her pastime activities, Trisha says she likes to start her day by praying to God and meditating. Apart from this, she likes to stay at home, be close to nature, and travel.

Advising the youth, Trisha says that no matter what field you pursue your career in, your aspirations and passion matter a lot. It is because unless you have the desire to become something, you will not be successful.

Trisha encourages girls to enter the technical field and dispels the misconception that only males can make a career in it and that only the males are promoted and get paid well in this field. So, she advises girls to follow their passion and assures them they must try and fulfill their dreams.
