Pushed by her mother, Tripti dropped her shyness and now she is achieving success in the hospitality industry.

Tripti Naruka is working as a Banquet Sales Manager at Pandora Hotels and Resorts in Udaipur. She has 12 years of experience in the hotel industry.

Tripti lives in Udaipur. Since childhood, she was an introverted girl. When she was in 11th and 12th, she never used to come in front of anyone. Her mother decided to send her to the field where she would come up and open up herself. After her twelfth, Tripti did a one-year diploma course from Frankfinn Institute and then from the age of 19, she continued her career.

Recalling her childhood memories, Tripti says that she remembers that she cried a lot when she was leaving her home for her career for the first time because she was extremely attached to her mother. She also fondly remembers the quarrels with her sisters.

Talking about the journey in her life, Tripti says that starting her career was very difficult as she was unable to interact with people freely. Her front office manager Neelam Sethi helped her to raise her confidence. Now she enjoys her workplace and deals confidently with her customers.

When asked about role models in her life, Tripti says that she considers her mother and father who struggled a lot in their lives to bring them up, as her role models.

Drawing a comparison between education and experience, Tripti says that experience makes us more polished and confident. It increases the value of education. So, in her opinion, both education and experience are essential in our lives.

Sharing her achievements, Tripti says that becoming a mother was the biggest achievement in her life.

If a Time Machine is given to her, Tripti would like to go back in time and live her college life as she started her career at the early age of 19.

When free, Tripti likes cooking, dancing and spending time with her son.

Sharing her Covid experience, Tripti says that it has taught her to never lose hope in life. It has also taught her to find happiness around her.

To the aspirants in the field of hospitality, Tripti says that they should be patient and confident. Also, they should never get demotivated and be ready for their future goals.

To one and all, Tripti advises everyone to work hard because anytime if a good or bad time comes then it becomes helpful.

Advising all the women, Tripti suggests not to feel miserable due to domestic violence. They should be strong to fight for their rights because it will have a bad impact on their children and their parents. She also advises them to never think about what society says about them. They should stand upright instead of suffering.
