I am thankful for my struggles because, without them, I wouldn’t have stumbled across my strengths.

Tina Sharma has been giving her services in Shri Ram Vidyalaya for the last nine years. Currently she is working on the post of Vice Principal.
Tina belongs to Udaipur and has done her schooling from RMV School. She did her B.Ed. from M.G. College.
About childhood memories, Tina says that she grew up seeing a lot of struggle in her family and that has come a long way with her. So she says that she is attached to the children of her school and helps them by giving them free stationery items.
Tina thinks that the effect of Corona was not good for families and for schools. Personally, she could spend more time with her family but professionally, she missed her students as she could not go to school and had to stay back at home. She says that even though they started teaching through online modes, students are more comfortable studying offline to have a better understanding of the subject.
Tina started working early and for the first time she stepped out of her home during her B.A. when she rendered her services in Mahavir School. Soon she joined Shri Ram School and till date, she is working there.
Talking about hobbies, Tina says that Basketball has always been her best game for which she played in district level and national tournaments in her college time. Apart from that, she is fond of writing stories and poems.
Tina’s inspiration is her father because seeing him, she learned a lot of things in life. Also, her husband, who supports her in everything and her in-laws, because their experiences have helped her a lot in moving ahead in life and finally her mother, as she has faced many struggles in life.
If Tina ever gets a chance to go back in life, she wants to go back to her college life because of the fun, enjoyment and stress free life that had with no restrictions.
Tina wants to give this message to the young generation that when you decide to get a job in life, instead of just looking at the salary, see if you are satisfied with that job because money can’t give you job satisfaction, which is an important factor to consider. Also, you can’t take up a teaching job just as a marketing concept because it would be harmful for both you and students. So, only when you feel that you can teach something new to students and inspire them to move forward in life, then only you should opt for a teaching job.
