Tenzin is on an explorative journey of learning the nitty-gritty of business till he finds an opportunity to kickstart his professional journey.

Tenzin Namgyal is currently helping his mother with their winter garments business in Udaipur.

Tenzin completed his masters from Bengaluru and has been looking for a job since then. However, due to the pandemic, Tenzin has not been able to get any opportunities so far.

Tenzin was born and brought up in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh. He did his schooling at the Tibetan School, especially with the aim of preserving Tibetan culture and identity. Thereafter, Tenzin studied at M.S. Ramaiah College, followed by Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering.

Talking about his challenges, Tenzin says that a variety of customers come to him, and it often gets difficult to understand their requirements. He also had to step out of his comfort zone here, like getting up early in the morning, which he never used to do before.

Tenzin advises the young not to hesitate to start something new. He also suggests they move strategically with a plan in mind. Tenzin says that one should not immediately approach a big project, but start small and see how it goes.

Tenzin is inspired by the quote, "Prepare for the worst and hope for the best."

In his free time, Tenzin likes to work out to focus better on his day-to-day life.
