Teena set out on a determined academic path that resulted in her postgraduate degree. She developed a passion for teaching and encourages persistence and lifelong learning, especially for those who want to become educators.

Teena Shaktawat currently serves as an Assistant Professor in the Computer Science Department at the Aravali Institute of Technical Studies, Udaipur.

Recalling her early years, Teena shares that she completed her primary schooling up to the fifth standard in her village near Neemuch. Subsequently, she took admission to Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Rampura, where she completed her education until the 10th grade. She passed her 12th-grade education from Kendriya Vidyalaya, Neemuch. She pursued her graduation in BCA from Govt. Sitaram Jaju Girls College, Neemuch, and continued on to complete her master's degree from the same institution.

Following her post-graduation, Teena initially focused on preparing for recruitment exams in the banking sector. Later, she explored opportunities in railway services but could not clear the competition exam. It was then that she decided to share her knowledge with students, shifting her focus to teaching DCA and PGDCA students. Eventually, after getting married and relocating to Udaipur, she joined Aravali College as an assistant professor.

When asked about her role models, Teena says that her father is her inspiration due to his unwavering dedication and honesty in life.

Teena firmly believes that if one faces challenges in a particular field, they should not give up but rather explore other avenues.

Recounting her own struggles, she acknowledges the initial challenges she faced in teaching but emphasizes the importance of continuous learning and progress.

Highlighting her achievements, she mentions her active participation in sports activities, earning several certificates. Additionally, she also participated in singing competitions, securing positions during her school years.

Teena recognises the significant role of teachers in shaping the future of the country and stresses the immense responsibility they bear in educating the youth who will contribute to the nation's development. She advises aspiring teachers to remain committed to learning and expanding their knowledge.

Offering advice to young individuals, she encourages them to give their best in their chosen fields. She emphasizes the importance of staying focused on goals and leading an honest life.
