Working in the IT field for the last 24 years, Tanu has also been following her passion for cycling. She took the 100 day challenge and ranked fourth in All India Rankings. She believes that it is important to regularly update your skills according to today's times.

Tanu Bhargava is a Project Manager at NXP Semiconductors in Noida. She is also a cycling enthusiast.

Tanu was born and raised in Jaipur, where she also finished her schooling. She graduated from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management with an MBA. She started working in 2008, having previously worked for the IT company HPE. She is currently employed as a PMO by a semiconductor firm. Cycling and Gyming are her hobbies and she is currently dedicated to cycling.

Tanu manages several departments and stakeholders as part of her project management responsibilities. She needs to set up communication and correct alignment between them. Technical aspects include using JIRA tools and working on them are her responsibilities among other things.

During the epidemic, while she was in Dwarka, Delhi, Tanu considered taking up some sort of exercising while avoiding social interaction. So, she started cycling in 2021. She continued her cycling adventure when she arrived in Noida. She took on a 100-day challenge. She describes that this challenge consists of five levels, each of which presents a new set of challenges. She is now in the third level of this competition, ranking fourth overall in All India Rankings.

Tanu states that her maid and chefs provide her with a lot of support while she pursues her passion along with her profession. Her spouse too encourages and supports her to accomplish everything together.

Tanu’s birth place is Bilaspur and she stayed there till her second grade. She appreciates the affection and care she received from her joint family. She remembers when she was in the sixth grade, her father gave her a nice bicycle as a gift. In the twelfth grade, she studied computers with Informatics Practice. She then completed her B.Com. at Subodh College in Jaipur. After that, in 2008, she began to pursue a career.

In the cycling field, her role model is Sanjay Choudhary who inspired and helped her a lot. She has done a cycling expedition from Srinagar to Leh, Ladakh, and this motivated her a lot. She also admires the support of her parents in her life. Her father always supported her in her education. Her mother inspired her to do a job, and she learned how to manage household chores along with a job from her mother.

When free, she likes to scroll through Instagram reels and also likes to travel. In reels, she likes to see something new and implement it in her life.

Tanu says that she belonged to a middle-class family and had lived a grounded life. She had to face some small struggles in her life in those times. As a student, she would take government buses to get to college. However, her family always encouraged her. She feels that kids ought to appreciate their parents' struggles as well.

Regarding her career, she shares that HPE awarded her the Best Performer Award. Her supervisor also gave her an award for Mission One Crore. In addition to this, Tanu mentions that she came first in a bicycle cruise application. She participated in a Decathlon MTV race and finished third in the cycling chip ride as well.

Tanu suggests that everyone stay fit by travelling, riding, working out, etc. You would meet new people, overcome obstacles, and form friendships as a result. She counsels young people to engage in hobbies and interests in addition to their academic pursuits.

In her opinion, education is crucial since without it, she could not have accomplished anything in her life. However, experience also has a big impact on our lives since it teaches us social skills like patience and many other things. According to her, improving your talents and updating skills is a prerequisite for success in any area.
