Inspired by her family of teachers, Swati decided to choose teaching as her career and guide students to become better individuals.

Swati Vaishnav is an English teacher at Alok School in Rajsamand.

Recalling her childhood, Swati says she spent the early days of her life in Kankroli. She belongs to a family of government teachers, which propelled her to pursue a career in the same profession. Swati is a double MA and also did B.Ed. to get into the teaching line.

Talking about her struggles, Swati says that she grew up with her mother, who raised her single-handedly without a husband. On the professional front, it was a challenge for Swati to guide and mentor students online during the pandemic.

When asked about her role model, Swati says her biggest inspiration and sole support is her mother, who sent her to an English-medium school. Swati says that it is only because of her mother that she has come this far in life.

If Swati could go back in time through a time machine, she would revisit her childhood and support her mother to the best of her ability.

Swati advises youngsters to value time and respect their elders.

In her free time, Swati likes to read books and listen to songs.
