As a Coordinator in a school, Swapnil takes every new day as a challenge and finds it adventurous to work with children ensuring their overall development.

Born and brought up in Udaipur, Swapnil Sharma is a Coordinator at MDS Senior Secondary School and has been in this profession for a decade now. She has been working in MDS for the last three years and has a penchant for understanding a child’s psychology and likes to do something creative for the students. Swapnil drafts academic planners for children and enjoys working for them.

Swapnil completed her Bachelors in Computer Science and did her ‘O’ Level and a Diploma in Software Management from Aptech Education. She also worked in HDFC bank for two years and enjoys Public Relations as well. Swapnil believes that her career journey has helped her explore herself and learn to control her emotions.

Talking about her childhood memories, Swapnil feels proud to have participated in the Republic Day Parade back in her 8th standard and having met the then President and the Air Chief Marshal.

She considers life in itself a struggle and believes that if there are no struggles, you won’t be fully able to celebrate your achievements and happiness. Swapnil takes every day as a new challenge and thinks that you should never get depressed by struggles and take it as an opportunity to develop yourself mentally, physically and emotionally to handle all situations in life.

Discussing COVID, Swapnil shares that it was a challenge to keep children indulged in something constructive after the online classes which lasted for a short duration. As a foundation builder and mentor, Swapnil believes that it is important to boost up their morale and develop empathy in children so that they do something for the underprivileged. She learnt many technical things during the pandemic and provided training to the staff and students along with playing games in groups to spread positivity and happiness.

Swapnil considers her Ex-Principal at Mandsaur as her role model who showed faith in her and taught her things important to understand a child’s psychology.

Though not a born leader, Swapnil had the zeal and enthusiasm in her to understand people and work with them accordingly. She believes that if one is bossy and dominant it would be a difficult task to make people work for you. However, if you mingle with them and are soft-spoken then much better cooperation can be anticipated, shares Swapnil.

In her message for the youth, Swapnil shares that in spite of finding shortcuts, try to strengthen your foundations and work on your knowledge.
