Swapnil is a multi-talented person who has been working in various fields and has gained a lot of experience. She believes that there is no replacement for hard work and discipline.

Swapnil Jain is the owner and Director of ‘Grow a Plan’ in Jaipur.

Swapnil shares that she is running her own company that works in three verticals: planning, branding, and press releases. Since 2017, she has tried various fields like content writing, teaching, directing, marketing, branding, sales, and many more.

Recalling her childhood, Swapnil says that she was born and brought up in Jaipur. She completed her education in Jaipur itself. She misses enjoying hostel life and wants to explore more places. She cherishes that moment when she was on stage for the first time at the annual function of her school and realised that confidence is a skill.

Talking about her journey, Swapnil says that initially, before COVID, she was in the education sector and worked as a technical trainer. When she was doing engineering, she started going as a guest lecturer to IITs and NITs, which was helpful in building her confidence. She dropped out of college in her second year as she was doing freelancing work to train the students in the technical field. Afterwards, the pandemic hit her work, and everything was shut down. Then she took a break for three months at the time of COVID and decided to start her own company in the digital marketing industry.

When asked about her challenges, Swapnil says that finding her first client was the biggest challenge that she faced. She learned a lot at that time, as winning the trust of others is very difficult. Hard work and discipline were the two things that helped her overcome the difficult situations.

Comparing education and experience, Swapnil says that in her life, experience plays an important role more than academics, and homeschooling from her mother helped her develop more in life.

Even if given a time machine to go back in her past, Swapnil wouldn’t want to change anything, as she thinks that mistakes are a part of life and she learned a lot from her mistakes.

Swapnil’s role models are those who supported her in her journey. She picked up the traits of others' characters; thus, there isn't a single individual she could use as a role model.

Swapnil shares that she doesn’t like to be free as it increases her tension. She would like to spend time with her family after the age of thirty. She likes to attend social events.

Swapnil believes that inner motivation is helpful in achieving success, and she also believes in inspiration.

Advising the youth, Swapnil says that it is important to do your homework, research, and strong planning for smooth execution. Never work as a third-party vendor; do your work as an owner, she says.
