Identifying her love and penchant for teaching, Sushma decided to choose teaching as her career to stay connected with students and share her knowledge with them.

Sushma Trivedi is a lecturer in the Department of Electronics at Vidya Bhavan. She has been associated with the institute for the past thirteen years.

Sushma belongs to Udaipur, Rajasthan and did her primary schooling from Vidhya Bhavan, followed by her secondary education from Government Girls School, Badgoan. She completed her higher secondary at Residency School. Thereafter, Sushma did her engineering in electronics at Geetanjali College.

Recalling her childhood, Sushma says that she enjoyed her 10th grade the most. From the very beginning, she was fond of teaching and used to teach her brother and his friends.

Talking about the challenges she has faced, Sushma says that it was difficult for her father to fund her and her siblings' education. And, after she started working, it was a challenge for Sushma to manage her professional life along with her family responsibilities.

Speaking about her achievements, Sushma says that she is happy to be an independent working woman. She also takes pride in seeing her students succeed in various fields.

When asked about her role models, Sushma says she draws inspiration from her head, Deepak Sir, and her mother, who always motivated and encouraged her to do better.

Sushma advises the youth of today to give their best at whatever they wish to achieve in life. She suggests they never give up and keep trying to make things happen.

In her free time, Sushma likes to cook and listen to old songs.
