Despite coming from an extremely low-income family, Suresh worked hard to establish a career for himself in the PR field. Besides, he also started his running journey in 2012 and till now has participated in more than 100 marathons and has also run in different countries.

Suresh Rathod has been working in the Public Relation industry for the past 20 years. He is also a runner and started his running journey in 2012.

According to Suresh, PR serves as a conduit between the general public and businesses. His job is to ensure that a company's reputation is positive, whether or not it is listed on the stock exchange. He must inform the public about the business, its operations, its management, and its areas of expertise. Public relations' primary tasks include introducing any firm or product to the public, disseminating information about it, and raising awareness.

Regarding running, Suresh reports that after receiving a diabetes diagnosis in 2008, medical professionals advised him to pay more attention to his health. He began running in 2012 and has competed in several marathons to date. His physical fitness improved significantly as a result of running; he is now 50 years old, but his biological age is just 22 due to running. Physical activity, according to him, has several advantages, including improved alignment, beneficial changes in mental patterns, and an increase in vitality. He still participates in marathons as running is his passion.

Suresh claims to have run in more than 100 marathons. He has completed around forty 10km marathons, 70 half marathons, and 25 full marathons. Additionally, he has competed internationally in races held in Dubai, Thailand, Nagaland, Bali, Australia, and Indonesia. Recently the editor of a publication interviewed him about the key to his fitness. His physical health has made him a popular figure, admired by many.

Suresh was born in Rajasthan, but at a very early age, his family moved to Mumbai. That's where he finished school. His early years were marked by hardships since he was raised in a slum area. Later, his parents enrolled him in an English-medium school. Despite their extreme hard conditions, education enabled him to advance his way in life. After completing his studies and working as a journalist for eight years, he entered the PR sector.

When Suresh thinks back to his early years, he recalls gathering empty Maggi packages in order to receive a free packet of the food. He had an extremely difficult upbringing and lived in abject poverty.

His mother always served as an inspiration to him. Despite her lack of formal education, she was an entrepreneur in her own right. She is a mentor to him since she understands how to make investments and purchases. His mother taught him how to act and exist in this world.

Since Suresh primarily values health, he finds inspiration and motivation in the saying "Health is Wealth." He advises doing your task with all your love and never lying about it.

In response to a question concerning his struggles, Suresh states that he attempted to join the merchant navy after finishing his education and did not have a job for two years. He worked for fifty rupees a day in a shop throughout those two difficult years to make ends meet. He had to make payments in the market and had quit his profession as a journalist in 2008. After four months of hardship, he returned to his previous employment. Despite several obstacles, he was able to pay the bank somehow.

Suresh suggests that having a strong desire to work in any field is essential. He advises those who are new to the PR field that because it requires endless hours, it requires patience and dedication. He claims that this sector is not for people who wish to work from 9 to 6. To work in this sector, you need to be zealous and dedicated.

He thinks there are many opportunities for young people in the world now. They can succeed as bloggers, social media influencers, and more if they are knowledgeable about social media. According to him, it's critical that young people use social media responsibly and sparingly. Every person has an inner entrepreneur, therefore they must take advantage of the government's programmes. It is important for young people to focus their energies in the correct direction at the appropriate moment to launch their careers.
