A prominent businessman and chartered accountant, Suresh spent three years working in Mumbai before returning to Udaipur to help manage his family's mineral processing business.

Suresh Kumar Jain is a businessman and chartered accountant based in Udaipur.

Suresh grew up in Maharaj ki Khedi after being born in a small Maharashtra village. Suresh relocated to Udaipur to continue his further studies after completing his secondary education. Suresh had an innate talent and performed brilliantly in school from early on. Following his graduation from Jaipur with a B.Com. Suresh relocated to Mumbai to pursue a career as a chartered accountant (CA).

Some people discouraged Suresh by questioning his capacity to achieve his goal of becoming a chartered accountant, but he firmly dismissed their doubts. In only four years, he completed the CA course and proved those people wrong. In order to pass the CA exams, Suresh focused entirely on achieving his objective of becoming a CA and avoided socializing of any kind during the preparation period.

Suresh returned to Udaipur to assist his family business after working for three years in Mumbai as a CA, shortly after receiving his certification. When Suresh joined to help support his family's mineral grinding plant, it wasn't performing well. Their firm prospered under Suresh and his elder brother’s  guidance, and they opened eight grinding units in the Madri Industrial Area. In addition to running his company, Suresh also runs  his chartered accountancy firm, providing liaising services to RICO, UIT, Nagar Nigam, and other Udaipur-based organizations.

Furthermore, Suresh voluntarily contributed in managing the construction of a Jain temple dedicated to Neminath Bhagwan in Udaipur. He devoted his five years from 2009 to 2014 to the temple's construction. The neighborhood was really appreciative of his efforts and dedication. In addition, he has contributed to numerous community projects and social service initiatives on multiple occasions.

Suresh is someone who has always kept his word. He never allows anyone to pressure him to do otherwise, and he diligently upholds his beliefs. Suresh is an honest man with high values.

Suresh considers everyone who is sincerely and devotedly searching for the truth to be an inspiration. Suresh was motivated to pursue his boyhood dream of becoming a chartered accountant by Jyoti, the wife of his older brother. Suresh admires Dr. Arvind of Kanak Hospital for his unwavering dedication to hard work and achieving goals.

Suresh tells us about the difficult days during COVID-19, mentioning that during the initial wave, his entire family was affected. They went through a mentally taxing time, but they maintained their sanity, which, when combined with medical treatment, enabled them to get through it.

When he reflects back on his mistakes, Suresh still believes that returning to Udaipur after a successful job in Mumbai was a mistake. He feels that he would have accomplished greater success if he had followed his corporate dreams.

To shed light on the difficulties, Suresh informs us that sales are down by 30–40% for his company, but he is making every effort to achieve a high volume of sales in the coming years through his constant determination and perseverance.

Suresh enjoys taking long morning drives as a way to relieve stress and approach his work with an open mind in his free time.

When asked about his views on leadership, Suresh responds that he has acquired skills in leadership via his job experiences, which is one of his accomplishments in life.

Suresh gives advice to the younger generation on how to succeed: be persistent, committed, and self-assured. He goes on to say that while education is important in life, practical experience is what really matters in order to succeed in the real world.
