Suresh Asnani is a leading entrepreneur and a celebrated member of the Udaipur community.

Suresh was born and brought up in Udaipur. He grew up with three sisters. Throughout his life, Suresh struggled a lot and is now reaping the benefits of his hard work and sheer dedication.

Suresh is presently the vice president of the Fish Market Association of Udaipur. He owns a fish and seafood retail shop and exports them all over India. He is also an executive committee member of several other prolific organizations in the city.

Suresh started his career by doing contract-based jobs, where he used to export raw seafood items, especially fish, to various places across India. This was a challenging job and required him to stay away from his family and travel most of the time. He was also responsible for arranging laborers for this work and overseeing the entire management. This job required tremendous mental and physical energy and was very hectic.

Since the very beginning, he has also been connected with politics and is even acquainted with the Lok Sabha Speaker, Mr. Om Birla, and several other known politicians. He remembers how he used to travel to Delhi for his work within the minimum budget possible, bringing back paneer with him for kids. He says nowadays business has eased with the coming of the latest technology, developments, and many subsidies that are given by the government.

During the outbreak of the worldwide pandemic, Suresh faced multiple adversities. One of them was the shortage of laborers. Most of his inventory had to be destroyed because the raw fish would have rotten by the time the lockdown lifted. This resulted in his enduring tremendous financial losses. Despite being disheartened by such circumstances, Suresh decided to take a leap of faith and help the people. He indulged in social work and distributed multiple food packets across the city. Suresh even organized food stalls in the community temple twice a day for people who couldn't afford a day’s meal.

Suresh feels that education plays a vital role in a person’s life, but gaining substantial experience is what makes a man capable of succeeding in his life. He is a go-getter and always likes to stay on top. He advises that every person should have a helpful streak in them and be ready to assist their friends, family, colleagues, or even strangers if they can. He encourages everyone to put in all their hard work and achieve success in life.

Given a chance to go back in time, Suresh would not like to change anything and feels content with his life.
