Surbhi is a Digital Education Expert and feels that students end up choosing the wrong careers due to lack of counseling. She feels that the coming age is going to be a Digital Age.

Surbhi Jain is the founder of ‘Digification’ an institution in Udaipur providing training in Digital Marketing.

Surbhi was born in Udaipur and did her schooling from MMPS School. She then pursued B. Tech in Computer Science and Entrepreneurship from IIM, Udaipur, and Bangalore. Surbhi informs that she had been a great student in her school days. She used to participate in various competitions and was good at academics as well.

Surbhi says that she wanted to do something of her own and her brother, Vaibhav, introduced her to the field of Digital Education. She says that training and teaching was never her field but after exploring it more and through the support of her brother, she now loves it and is doing great in it.

She says that her brother has been a support to her from the very beginning and she considers him as a Role Model.

Surbhi says that she wanted to go out of Udaipur for her studies but, due to financial constraints, she decided to stay back. She feels that life is a mix of good and bad and we have to accept it the way it is. She says Digital Marketing is a very new field and initially, it was really tough to make people understand this field. It was also difficult to start her new venture in Udaipur, getting a place to start with and creating a proper curriculum.

Surbhi says that the Covid time was a very different time for them. Where every other business was coming to a halt, their workload increased. As everyone was moving online, the demand for digital learning increased and so did her work. She says that it was a great time for her business.

Surbhi shares that initially understanding students and teaching them was a difficult task. However, slowly she got a hold of it and learned to be patient in her work. She feels that even a trainer has to learn every day and the process of educating oneself never stops.

Surbhi feels that in her time there were very few career choices and also a lack of guidance. People used to opt for career paths and then regret. She thinks that one should choose three-four options and try different things before deciding on some particular field.

Surbhi says that her Success Mantra in life is that there are no shortcuts in life and one has to work step-by-step to achieve things in life.

In the near future, Surbhi plans to expand her business and hire a proper team. Scaling the organization remains her top goal.

In her free time, Surbhi likes to upskill herself and also likes to travel.
