Thinking is both; the greatest asset and the biggest weakness of humans.
Sunny Sharma is the CEO and Founder of the Delhi-based Solvers Training Tank. His business serves both domestic and foreign customers. For the last seven years in this industry, he has been training a large number of experts from both public and commercial sectors.
Born in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, Sunny was raised into a nuclear household. His mother was a highly educated woman who raised him nicely, while his father worked in the public sector. He remembers having a wonderful upbringing. He owned practically all the video games available at the time, and he loved to play them.
However, in addition to its positive aspects, his boyhood narrative also had a negative aspect. His father's terrible habits caused things to alter, and eventually everything fell apart. Despite being a very well-cared-for youngster, he had to sell credit cards at petrol stations for his first job.
Two key teachings from his parents were to always dream high and to treat others with respect. According to Sunny, a person's thinking has the power to either make or break them. He was always open to constructive criticism. He thinks that success and personal growth have no boundaries and that people can do everything they set their minds to, provided they have the right mindset. Before being an achiever, one must first be a believer.
Speaking about his hardships, Sunny states that he left Hansraj College. His communication skills were poor, and he was turned down for seventy-four BPO interviews. But as fate would have it, someone who saw his enthusiasm and believed in him ultimately gave him a chance. He was not the most gifted person, but he was the hardest worker. He put in a lot of hours. With perseverance and hard effort, he eventually understood the ins and outs of his position and gained everyone's attention. He failed his mock exam, but his boss noticed his hard work and believed in him, therefore he was hired on as a full-time employee.
Despite having a good education, Sunny lacked spoken English. He used to make a note of every wise thing someone said. He was not familiar with computer usage. However, he put in a lot of effort and eventually improved his typing and communication abilities. He is an articulate guy now, and he is taking his business to new heights with his eloquence.
The greatest accomplishment of Sunny is that he hasn't changed. He's still innocent. He is aware of his company's mission and continues to pursue his dreams. His mother's pride in him is his other accomplishment. He is grateful for his family's support.
Sunny advises young people not to lead false lives. Avoid the temptation to splurge as soon as you receive your paycheck. He advises being financially informed and to make prudent investments.
Sunny gives us all three pieces of advice: 1: Maintain physical fitness. A hundred pushups will be enough to appear beautiful instead of pricey clothing. 2. Read a lot. Books expose you to the world in a way that other media cannot. 3: As soon as you can, choose a mentor for yourself. Possessing a competent mentor requires that you be psychologically prepared to respect and obey authority figures. The most crucial thing is to choose a successful guy you aspire to be and work towards becoming that. He thinks that a true mentor will challenge you to reach new heights.
He thinks highly of and respects his supervisor Saumya, his boss at Bharti Group, Sanjay Bajaj, and mentors Naveen Munjal and Gurpreet Kalra. All of these folks gave him love, encouragement, and support. He also acknowledges the help and assistance of his older brother Mannu Sharma, who handed him the first task.
In addition, he believes that you should be the most diligent person, develop your public speaking abilities, have excellent communication skills, create a network, and pick your social group carefully.
If he could go back in time in a time machine and change something from his past, Sunny would like to resume his education, which he stopped due to an inferiority complex stemming from his lack of knowledge of English,
