Sunita, a direct salesperson for an MLM company, has reached a high position in the field. She exhorts others to believe in themselves and to have self-confidence so that they can fulfil their goals. She is appreciative of her family's assistance and is a successful independent woman now.

Sunita has been working with Modicare as a direct seller for the last two years. This year she has achieved the top-level title of the company, which is ‘Global Black Diamond Director’.

Talking about Modicare, Sunita says it is a network marketing company doing direct selling. The main aim of the company is to sell the product at the lowest possible price by avoiding all the intermediary costs. Modicare sells twelve different categories of products that can be used on a daily basis.

Before joining Modicare, Sunita was a homemaker. Her relatives made her join the group. She used the products first and when she liked them, she started creating a network of people by sharing the products with them. Gradually, her network got denser, and this generated her a good income as well.

Sunita says that this business benefited her even during the lockdown, when many people were facing an economic crisis and many were losing their jobs. Even during that time, she stayed at home, took online training, trained other people, and likewise did a good business.

Sunita shares that when she was very young, her father passed away, and all the responsibilities came upon her as she was the eldest child in the family. Even after marriage, she was burdened with all the responsibilities. So she imbibed the leadership quality from there itself, which helped her to lead in her own business.

Sunita says that the business which she is doing has no particular requirements, be it education, experience, family background, age, etc. In this particular business, you learn by working and then gradually become an expert. It can completely change one’s personality.

Earlier, she was a very introverted person who lacked confidence. But after joining the business, she became confident enough and can now stand in front of anyone without any fear. She says that she has groomed herself as a person and is now an independent woman. She is now capable enough to help others and improve their lives with this business. She is very much eager to help the women out there and to make them independent.

Sunita believes in learning from everyone, she tries to learn something or the other from people around him including kids and even her co-workers. She says the young generation inspires her to be technically smart.

Apart from her work, Sunita likes spending time in nature, doing meditation, gardening, and so on.

If Sunita ever gets a chance to go back in time in a time machine, she would like to relive her childhood which was absolutely carefree, and full of enjoyment with zero struggle.

Sunita urges everyone to have faith in themselves and to be self-confident. It can even help us convert impossible things into possible ones. Through this, we can achieve whatever we desire.
