Sunita Mahesh Gandhi is an Engineer and a Teacher of Mathematics in Pune.

Sunita shares that after completing engineering, she started giving tuition in maths to students until the tenth grade. She also follows her hobbies in art and cooking through social media pages. She says she has been interested in arts and crafts since childhood. She participated in school competitions such as ‘mehndi’ and ‘rangoli’ competitions. She also scored top marks in the tenth grade.

Recalling her childhood, Sunita says that her hometown was Ahmednagar. She enjoyed her childhood thoroughly, as her father brought her up very nicely. However, she lost her father seventeen years ago.

Talking about her mistakes, Sunita says that her biggest mistake was not joining the job offered by the army, as she had to sign a five-year bond.

When asked about her role models, Sunita says she regards her father as her role model, who always sacrificed a lot and worked hard for the better upbringing of his children.

Sunita advises the young generation to follow their fields of interest and choose their career accordingly. One should follow their passion with their profession in life, believes Sunita.

When free, Sunita likes to spend time with her kids. She also likes to play carrom and badminton.
