Sunil Kumar Yadav is a livestock assistant.
Sunil hails from Alwar's Malakhera. In 2016, he completed his veterinary studies at Government College, Udaipur.
Talking about his inspiration, Sunil says that he entered this sector because he has always wanted to aid animals and take action to relieve their suffering. Serving these helpless creatures makes him immensely pleased, and he wants to serve more.
Discussing COVID, Sunil mentions that since his community was placed under lockdown, he was given special authorization from the authorities to care for sick and injured animals.
According to Sunil, to get practical experience and continue learning, one must enter the field after receiving theoretical information. According to him, experience comes solely with time, and gaining practical experience is crucial for that.
He adds that, at first, he didn't know anything about this profession. But over time, he picked up all the expertise he needed to heal the animals.
Sunil advises pupils on how to pursue their ambitions in life and emphasizes the importance of perseverance. He encourages them to never give up, to work hard, and to continue fighting. He notes that there is no time constraint in this field, which presents many challenges. For effectively treating patients, maintaining a positive attitude and confidence are also essential.
