Sultan gives a piece of advice to wrestlers that they must put their heart into their work as the person who tries with heart, definitely gets success. No matter how much time it takes, keep practicing on a regular basis by keeping the rules and restraints. Diet also plays an important role in a wrestler’s life because wrestling needs a lot of strength.
