His life mantra revolves around flexibility and resilience, inspiring others to explore the power of yoga and self-healing.

Sujit Sonkar was born and raised in Mumbai, though his family hails from a small town in Uttar Pradesh. For the past twelve years, he has been involved in behavioral training and yoga and healing.

Talking about his childhood, Sujit mentions that he grew up in Andheri West, Mumbai, with his siblings. His father worked in a mill, while his mother was a housewife. Although his family didn't have a strong educational background, his parents encouraged him and his siblings to pursue education. Sujit admits that he wasn't initially interested in studying, and life was challenging as they struggled with basic necessities like water and toilets. Many children in his neighborhood started working at a young age, which demotivated him. He questioned the value of studying when the ultimate goal seemed to be earning money. However, due to his parents' pressure, he completed his 12th grade in the science stream. He went on to earn a B.Sc. degree in Chemistry, followed by a B.Ed., M.Ed., and qualification in UGC NET. He realized that his personality had been greatly influenced by his school, Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan's environment.

Sujit started a Chinese restaurant after graduation. However, due to a lack of management skills, the restaurant venture didn't succeed. At this point, a friend suggested a job at a company that taught math to kids from the USA. Teaching math to these students boosted Sujit's confidence. He then pursued B.Ed. while working part-time. Later, he worked as a teacher trainer at HCL Infosystems but found the stress levels of the corporate world overwhelming, leading him to leave the organization. He then worked as a regional coordinator at Intel for a year.

Later, Sujit ventured into the IT field, starting his own company that focused on IT solutions and training. However, he realized that the overwhelming workload of IT was overshadowing his passion for training. Consequently, he returned to his alma mater, Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, where he connected with his yoga teacher where he started learning yoga.

Sujit spent about a year learning yoga from his guru, who encouraged him to teach others. During that time, Sujit attended a presentation on healing at his yoga school. There, he learned about Access Bars, a therapy that harmonizes the body and mind, releasing common blockages. After trying it on himself, he found it relaxing and began offering it to his clients. Over time, he expanded his knowledge to include other therapies such as energy healing, sound therapy, and entity clearing.

When asked about role models, Sujit reveals that he doesn't have specific individuals he looks up to. However, he holds a deep belief in God. His yoga guru, Hansraj Yadav, is an inspiration to him and is regarded as a hidden gem in the field of yoga. In his facilitation field, he finds inspiration from Mr. Yatin and Mr. Sachin. Additionally, he mentions Rohini Master from Mumbai, who has expertise in therapy and has taught him various therapeutic techniques.

Sujit's life mantra is to be flexible and never give up. He believes that true achievements are not measured by his materialistic gains but by the transformative impact he has witnessed in his students' lives.

For anyone interested in a career in the yoga field, Sujit advises starting from the basics and understanding that yoga is not only about physical well-being but also about emotional, spiritual, and mental well-being. He also emphasizes the importance of healing oneself before entering the healing field and encourages aspiring teachers to be authentic in whatever they do.
