Leaving his twenty-eight year corporate career, Sudhanshu made a big move by venturing into Executive and Life Coaching to individuals as well as corporates. Besides, he is also a Motivational Speaker since eight years, inspiring people to move ahead in their lives.

Sudhanshu Mishra has been working as a Certified Executive and Life Coach and a Motivational Speaker since the last eight years.

Prior to that, he spent twenty-eight years in the IT industry of the Indian Corporate Sector, mostly in Wipro, HP and other provincial companies. After experiencing such a prolonged journey in the corporate world, he decided to set up his own Executive Coaching practice. For this, he took training and did certification courses to give this work a head start. Initially, he worked through NGOs and on a freelance basis to help young adults. Now he is taking his work from individual to a commercial level as well.

Sudhanshu hails from Dehradun, Uttrakhand. He did his schooling from Kendriya Vidyalayas of different cities across the country. He did his Engineering followed by MBA from IIM Lucknow. After that he started his corporate journey.

Recalling his childhood memories, he says that his father was in the Armed Forces, so he would always travel around with him.

Talking about role models, Sudhanshu says he considers his grandfather and his father as his role models. His father, for always being positive, optimistic, hopeful, disciplined and self-confident and his grandfather for guiding  him to keep on taking education, no matter what your age is.

During the Covid pandemic, Sudhanshu started his executive coaching, counseling and training work, which he enjoyed immensely.

When asked about his achievements, Sudhanshu says that his biggest achievement is yet to come. But he has accomplished several small things in life like getting admission to IIM followed by joining MNCs through campus placements. In addition, the rewards and recognition he got while moving forward in his professional career is nothing less than an achievement for him.

According to Sudhanshu, Success is what can bring a sense of satisfaction, fulfillment, happiness and joy to you at a particular point of time.

Advising the newcomers, Sudhanshu says that don’t take too much pride in your knowledge because in today’s world knowledge is available on fingertips to everyone. Instead it is better that you take action on that knowledge so that you will be able to reach somewhere and get desired outcomes. Second, he says that in today's era, there is extreme exposure to a variety of information due to which the younger generation is losing their focus and they start hopping directionless, here and there. Thirdly, he suggests they should build their network by connecting with people and develop as many skills as possible to progress in life.

Besides being an avid reader, Sudhanshu likes to travel, visit different places, socialize with people, go for a long walk, listen to music, watch movies and web series and spend time with his family in his spare time.
