Sudhanshu hails from Ajmer and joined Badala Classes in Udaipur in 2015. He has been taking Law and Finance classes for the last five and a half years at the institute. His teaching experience at Badala Classes has been wonderful, as he shares cheerfully. He worked in various coaching institutes in Bhilwara, Jaipur, Surat, and Udaipur before joining Badala Classes. However, he believes he started his real professional teaching journey from Badala Classes.
Sudhanshu realised his calling for teaching when he was a student at a coaching institute in Jaipur. Then, during his CA finals, he was determined to be a teacher and help the students. Sudhanshu feels that teaching is a combination of communication and knowledge. Rahul Badala, the director of Badala Classes has been his friend, philosopher, and guide.
Sudhanshu advises all aspiring teachers to believe in their capabilities, be modest, have patience, punctuality, and discipline.
Sudhanshu shares that on many occasions when he had thoughts of switching careers or places, he reminded himself of the value of relations, time, and money.
According to Sudhanshu, education is a must as completing education before starting a teaching career gives you a good experience. Also, nervousness should be avoided while teaching.
Sudhanshu learned to be a leader and believes in working as a team and adjusting according to everyone.
Sudhanshu gains inspiration from God and also from his father. His father has inspired him to balance his personal and professional life. He believes in grasping the good from everyone and developing a good personality.
