Sudarshan is a technology freak who enjoys delivering information to the audience through his YouTube Channel. He also has an Engineer inside him with a love for computers and games.

Sudarshan Powar is from Kolhapur, Maharashtra. He works as a Dev-Ops Engineer at Coditas in Pune. He has also been a YouTuber for the past four years and uploads videos about Technology and the iOS on his channel. Sudarshan is a big fan of Marques Brownlee and has been following him since his 12th standard. He got inspired by him to start his own YouTube channel which he initially started as a hobby but which has now become his career. He published his first YouTube video in 2016.

Since childhood, Sudarshan had been inclined towards games and computers and hence he decided to make his career in Technology. Back in his school days, he also enjoyed the English language and was fascinated by the idea of Anchoring. He did his Bachelors in Computer Science Engineering from Annasaheb Dange College of Engineering and Technology where subjects like Business English coupled with some training sessions boosted his confidence. Thereafter, he got placed in a Pune-based firm but due to that he faced a time crunch in making videos for his channel. Sudarshan then started making videos in real time by shifting his focus to games.

Sudarshan considers MS Dhoni as his role model and admires him for his calm and composed nature and for facing all challenges head-on.

Talking about Leadership, Sudarshan says that a leader is responsible for the decision making process and its outcomes. However, at the same time,  they should be open to solutions provided by the team members. He also feels that a good leader should always back their team and show faith in them.

Talking about Covid, Sudarshan says that the pandemic spared us enough time to spend with our family when we were working from home.

His Success Mantra lies in giving a hundred percent in whatever field one is in, no matter what the situation be.

Sudarshan regrets taking a break from his YouTube Channel owing to his job scenario and different priorities which has forced him to start from scratch again. He advises all YouTubers not to be irregular with their videos and to avoid taking a break.

Sudarshan says that the future of content creation is immense, especially on social media, however one has to be patient to see the desired results. He adds that a YouTuber needs to  have a backup plan in case they don’t get enough views and subscribers on their channel.

In his leisure time, Sudarshan likes to play with his pet dog and take him for a walk.  He also likes to catch up with his friends. To keep his mental health in check, Sudarshan takes a good sleep so that he is able to focus on his work better.
