Sudhanshu first started his career working with IDBI bank as one of the youngest branch heads of the company in 2012. He then made a switch to start his own business after working with the bank for 7 years. He first started with the wholesale business of clothing under the name Yoga Enterprises.
Sudhanshu currently resides in Udaipur with his family. He says he faced a lot of struggles when he first started, but he never gave up and always used to come up with new solutions for his problems, and that has always been his core strength. When he first started his business, he was hit by demonetization. Then he had to change his business strategies due to the inclusion of GST, and recently, his business was hit by the pandemic. But he never stopped the hustle and came up with something new each time he was pulled back.
He says that to be in business, there is a thumb rule of 1000 days. If you think you can run any particular business for a thousand days, then only you should indulge in it. Sudhanshu says running a business is not easy as you have to face a lot of ups and downs, but if you get through and make it to the end of the thousand days, you will surely see the results of your determination.
Sudhanshu finds his inspiration in Warren Buffet, whom he admires a lot. He says Warren Buffet is a very humble person, and even though he has failed a lot of times, he never gave up, and today, he is one of the richest people in the world.
Sudhanshu says he has to sacrifice a lot of family and friend time for the success of his business because there’s always a deadline. To provide customers with their products at a reasonable price and on time is his company’s main motto.
During his childhood days, he used to love to bunk his classes in school.
If he gets a chance to travel back in time, Sudhanshu would always want to get into a business because he thinks when it comes to crossing your limits, there’s nothing more rewarding than running your own business.
In his free time, Sudhanshu loves driving and always plans road trips, even for his business trips, as he believes in the saying that you learn more by traveling a 1-kilometre road than by reading a 100-page book.
