Shree Madhuri Vardhinedi is an Entrepreneur. She is the Co-founder of an IT startup called ‘Ennoble Technologies.’ In addition to running this business successfully for five years, she also got herself registered as a ‘Certified Project Management Professional.’ Apart from this, she is a Trained Classical Dancer, Writer, Karate Athlete, Keynote Speaker and a Certified Trainer and Life Coach. She shares that she got her first ‘Black Belt’ in Shotokan style of Karate, at the age of forty-two. She even won a Gold Medal at the National Level in the Karate Open Championship.
Shree Madhuri was born in Andhra Pradesh and was raised in Bangalore and Hyderabad. She did her schooling from Tiny Angels High School, Hyderabad, St. Theresa School, Secunderabad and St. Xavier's High School, Hyderabad. She did her intermediate from Gautami Junior College, Hyderabad and then she graduated in Science-Physics-Math. She followed it by doing her MBA in Marketing and Human Resources.
She started her career as a Language Trainer, two years after finishing her MBA. Alongside, she also did her M.A. in English Literature from Osmania University, Hyderabad. Shortly, she shifted her career to Human Resource Management and worked in that field for more than ten years. Being a Training Executive and Recruiter in the US, she explored many things and in 2016, together with one of her colleagues and boss, she co-founded ‘Ennoble Technologies India Pvt Ltd’ in Hyderabad.
Recalling her childhood memories, Shree Madhuri says that she had a very pleasant childhood and her parents always supported her. Due to having an educated environment at home, she did not have to struggle much to move ahead in life. She says that Bruce Lee has always been her superhero since childhood, that’s why she even learned Karate so late in life.
Shree Madhuri considers Sensei Ashok Chakraborty as her role model for inspiring her to step into Karate and only because of him she was able to get a black belt in karate. Dr. Abdul Kalam is her biggest inspiration and role model for leading the entire country and showing the world the true meaning of leadership. Apart from this, she considers Jagadguru Adi Shankaracharya for believing there is nothing impossible in this world. She also draws her inspiration from Abraham Lincoln for his rise from humble beginnings to achieving the highest office of the US land. She gets inspired by the motivational quotes of Swami Vivekananda as well.
About her Covid experience, Shree Madhuri says that they were on their way towards expansion when due to the sudden strike of Covid, their business came to a halt and all the employees were sent home. Due to this, they lost several clients and it became difficult for them to sustain the business. But instead of giving up, they expanded their business avenues further and they stepped into building mobile applications. They hit the target well and again their business started catching good growth.
According to Shree Madhuri, Education helps you in moving ahead and taking advantage of your learnings over your competitor. But no matter from which University you have taken your degree from, in order to increase and expand business and to bring up new ideas, Experience matters more.
About Leadership, Shree Madhuri opines that a good leader always works along with his team instead of delegating all the work to his subordinates. She says true leaders always lead from the front and not by staying behind.
In her spare time, Shree Madhuri enjoys exploring new things and places. In addition, she is an avid reader and likes to spend time with her family and close friends. She also has a passion for cooking along with having a love for music.
If Shree Madhuri gets a chance to change something by going into her past, she would like to undo the death of her maternal grandmother. Second, she would like to go to the U.S. or Australia to do her Masters.
The advice that she wants to give to today’s generation is that you should take care of your health first if you want to do anything in life.
